Transportation analysis is comprised of two primary services — management and execution analysis:
- Management analysis — this service includes the analysis of key performance indicators (KPI) covering freight expenses, customer responsiveness, staff productivity and compliance with business processes.
- Execution analysis — has a focus on lane and carrier management issues. Lane analysis determines how effective different tendering methods work for each lane and recommends process improvement ideas. The carrier management analysis creates carrier scorecards that evaluate carrier responsiveness to key performance and service issues.
