BestTransport Expands Executive Team Adds New Board Member

COLUMBUS, OHIO July 21, 2006 - BestTransport, a leading provider of advanced network solutions for matching the needs of shippers and carriers, has announced new additions to their executive management team and Board of Directors.

Carol Evans has joined the company as the Network Solutions Officer. In this role, Ms. Evans will be responsible for ensuring that BestTransport's delivery team brings new products and services to customers at an accelerated pace, as the company prepares to grow through several new initiatives.

Prior to BestTransport, Ms. Evans was the VP of Software Development for CheckFree Corporation. "I am looking forward to the entrepreneurial environment;" said Ms. Evans, "and I am excited about the potential I see here." Ms. Evans has over 20 years of information technology experience in software development, process redesign, business intelligence and database administration.

Robert Parsley joined the executive team as the Vice President of Marketing. In his role, Mr. Parsley will lead and oversee product positioning and messaging, corporate brand awareness campaigns, public and investor relations and allover marketing program.

Mr. Parsley was most recently the General Manager and Director of Product Management for the Netscape division of AOL. "Advancements in the internet and communications marketplace continue at a rapid pace, and BestTransport is well positioned to combine them in new ways to deliver state of the art products and services to shippers and carriers. I am pleased to be joining the team." stated Mr. Parsley. He has over 15 years experience in information technology, e-business and internet product management.

In addition, BestTransport added Jim Douglas to the Board of Directors at its annual share holders meeting June 14, 2006. Mr. Douglas has over 30 years experience in the transportation industry and was formerly with Overnite Transportation where he was the President and COO. "We are excited to have Jim on the Board;" expressed Mark Shary, President and CEO for BestTransport, "he brings a wealth of transportation knowledge and expertise to our mix." Mr. Douglas also was the COO of World Airways and Gemini Air Cargo.
