BestTransport Taps New VP of Client Services

New Executive to Expand Services and Customer Care Model

COLUMBUS, April 20, 2005-BestTransport, Inc. announced today the latest addition to their executive management team. Michelle Schatzman joined the leading provider of on-demand transportation management systems (TMS), as the Vice President of Client Services. In this role, Ms. Schatzman will be responsible for all customer-facing elements including implementation, account management, customer support and logistics services.

Ms. Schatzman has experience building implementation teams and customer support organizations that drive productivity and enhance the customer experience.

Most recently, Ms. Schatzman was a founding executive of two technology start-ups that have since moved on to funding. Prior to that, Ms. Schatzman served as the vice president of operations at Interliant, a leading global application services provider (ASP) where she was responsible for all application services from messaging to enterprise resource planning apps. She was also a founding partner in 1996 of reSOURCE PARTNER, one of the first ASP's that specialized in large enterprise application hosting. She served as VP-PeopleSoft Practice, where she developed and implemented a client services/client support model that is the standard for ASP customer support today.
